This class is for students with at least 1 year current experience (blue belt & higher).

Intermediate and advanced techniques including breakfalls, throws, locks, chokes, grabs, board breaking, traditional weapons, knife and gun defenses are taught in this class.

Some of the kata taught are:

Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan, Heian Sandan, Heian Yondan, Heian Godan, Bo Ichi, Tsui Sho, Bo Sho, Heian Shodan No Sai, Nunchaku Ichi & Bassai Sho.

The student will also learn the responsibility of helping other students with their techniques, leading exercises and showing responsibility helping in class when needed.
